What is involved?
Jessica will initiate a 30-minute Zoom discussion to identify your needs and desired outcomes in order to create a personalised half or full-day program tailored to your needs.

Out in nature you will be supported to explore the messiness of leadership and see how you are really impacting your organisations and team. While working with the horses we will engage a heart rate variable monitor which will enable you to see for yourself your very own behaviour patterns. Based on your unique leadership goals we will match you up with specific horses who will stretch you in the intangible leadership expertise that your human herd require – skills that you won’t be able to develop in any leadership seminar! From our super cool, calm and collected black stallion Zeke who requires clear direction and strong conviction to our cautious Rigoletto who is seeking a calm and yet bold approach we will be able to choose the perfect four legged coach for you. You will walk away from this training with profound new insights into how you are currently leading yourself and others, the way in which you would like to lead and the skills to bridge the gap between the two.
