“Good teams become great ones when they trust each other enough to surrender the ME for the We.”
Phil Jackson
Tending to your herd
Team Building
Ideal for: Businesses, Non for profits, Sporting Teams, Universities….basically any team who wants to get the best results out of their human herd.
Thought process: I don’t want to go to just any team building day, I want to go to one that is engaging and creates positive and lasting change specific to our team and business goals.
What is involved?
A fun, interactive day that will unite your team, create lasting memories whilst building your sustainable working culture where the work is done in the most efficient and supportive way. Google’s study Project Aristotle: Understanding Team effectiveness illuminated to us that the most important factor in creating high performing teams is psychological safety (trust). That is how comfortable team members feel taking risks, asking for help or suggesting an idea without feeling insecure or embarrassed. Their findings demonstrated that if trust is missing then no matter how great the individual talent on the team is, the overall team performance will be poor.
What better way to strengthen your team’s trust than to spend a day out in the open, working with our herd of highly perceptive War horses – The Walers. Our tailored programs will challenge each team member to step out of their comfort zone and be a complete beginner for the day where clear honest communication will be paramount to winning the horses respect. Whether your human herd needs to improve their cohesiveness, navigate through change management or develop and define team member’s roles, Inner Rhythm will deliver an engaging interactive day tailored specific to the needs of your team.
Pricing: Half day $350 + GST per person Full Day: $550 + GST per person (minimum of 6 participants)
