Ideal for: Women who are ready to do the work and step into their full power – these women don’t make excuses nor do they put things off until a magic day in the future when they will have more time.
What is involved?
Research shows that women face greater barriers to advancement and a harder path to senior leadership, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Our course is not about turning you into someone you’re not; it’s about supporting you to boldly lead in your own brilliant style. Surrounded by a tribe of powerful women you will be encouraged to develop your own natural and transferable leadership style. In one instance you may need to stand your ground with our lead mare and then the next moment intuitively adapt your style to a more subtle approach to gain the trust of the herds anxious high achieving Waler gelding Hasting.
During the day you will be able to practice your communication dial with the horses, sometimes our phone ring tone dials get turned up really high, or on silent and either of these options is frustrating. Our own communication dial can also get stuck on a certain level or be completely out of tune to the instrument – us! In a safe space we will be able to learn from each other, laugh at ourselves and re-set our dials so they are in peak working order!
You will leave this day feeling refreshed, with new embodied leadership know-how that you will be busting to implement in all aspects of your life.
“Jess obviously has extensive experience working with horses and she’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the transferable leadership skills. It was really refreshing to understand her perspective on how working with and interacting with horses is transferable to what we do with working with organisations and leaders in the workplace.”
– Electra Tomasino, Organisational Psychologist and Business Owner.
